A nd the Levites took down the ark of Jehovah, and the coffer that was with it, in which were the golden jewels, and put them on the great stone; and the men of Beth-shemesh offered up burnt-offerings and sacrificed sacrifices the same day to Jehovah.

I Leviti deposero l’arca del Signore e la cassetta che le stava accanto contenente gli oggetti d’oro, e misero ogni cosa sulla grossa pietra; e, in quello stesso giorno, gli abitanti di Bet-Semes offrirono olocausti e presentarono sacrifici al Signore.
