A nd when they of Ashdod arose early the next day, behold, Dagon had fallen on his face to the ground before the ark of Jehovah. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again.

E il giorno dopo gli Asdodei, alzatisi di buon’ora, trovarono Dagon caduto con la faccia a terra, davanti all’arca del Signore. Presero Dagon e lo rimisero al suo posto.
