1 Samuel 4:18 ~ ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ 4:18

A nd it came to pass, when he mentioned the ark of God, that he fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck broke, and he died; for the man was old, and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years.

فَلَمّا سَمِعَ عالِي ما ذَكَرَهُ الرَّجُلُ البَنْيامِيْنِيُّ عَنْ صُنْدُوقِ عَهدِ اللهِ، سَقَطَ إلَى الوَراءِ قُرْبَ البَوّابَةِ فانكَسَرَتْ رَقَبَتُهُ. وَكانَ عالِي شَيخاً طاعِناً فِي السِّنِّ وَبَدِيناً، فَماتَ. وَكانَ عالِي قاضِياً لإسْرائِيلَ مُدَّةَ عِشرِينَ سَنَةٍ. اختِفاءُ المَجد
