A nd David inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he said to him, Pursue; for thou shalt assuredly overtake and shalt certainly recover.

Così Davide consultò l'Eterno e chiese: «Devo inseguire questa banda? La raggiungerò?». L'Eterno rispose: «Inseguila, perché la raggiungerai certamente e ricupererai senz'altro ogni cosa».
