A nd it was from that day forward; and he made it a statute and an ordinance for Israel to this day.

وَجَعَلَ داوُدُ هَذا الشَّيءَ أمراً وَقانُوناً فِي إسْرائِيلَ. وَمازالَ هَذا القانُونُ سارِياً إلَى الآنَ.
