A nd Jehovah called again, Samuel! And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I did not call, my son: lie down again.

Jehová volvió a llamar a Samuel. Se levantó Samuel, vino adonde estaba Elí y le dijo: —Heme aquí; ¿para qué me has llamado? —Hijo mío, yo no he llamado; vuelve y acuéstate —le respondió Elí.
