T hen David and his men, about six hundred, arose and departed out of Keilah, and went whithersoever they could go. And it was told Saul that David had escaped from Keilah, and he forbore to go forth.

Astfel, David şi oamenii lui, în număr de aproape şase sute de bărbaţi, au părăsit Cheila şi au plecat încotro au putut. Când Saul a fost înştiinţat că David a scăpat din Cheila nu s-a mai dus acolo.
