A nd all the citizens of Shechem gathered together, and all the house of Millo, and went and made Abimelech king, by the memorial-oak that is in Shechem.

Und es versammelten sich alle Männer von Sichem und das ganze Haus Millo, gingen hin und machten Abimelech zum König bei der hohen Eiche, die zu Sichem steht.
