A nd Gideon said to them, I would desire a request of you: give me every man the earrings of his booty; for they had golden earrings, because they were Ishmaelites.

Poi Gedeone disse loro: «Voglio però chiedervi una cosa: ciascuno di voi mi dia gli orecchini del suo bottino». Essi avevano degli orecchini d'oro perché erano Ismaeliti.
