A nd he said to them, Follow after me, for Jehovah has delivered your enemies the Moabites into your hand. And they went down after him, and took the fords of the Jordan toward Moab, and suffered no one to pass over.

El le-a zis: „Urmaţi-mă, căci Domnul i-a dat în mâinile voastre pe moabiţi, duşmanii voştri!“ Ei l-au urmat, au ocupat vadurile Iordanului, care duc spre Moab şi n-au lăsat pe nimeni să treacă.
