B ut we cannot give them wives of our daughters, for the children of Israel have sworn, saying, Cursed be he that giveth a wife to the Benjaminites!

لَكِنْ لا يُمكِنُنا أنْ نُزَوِّجَهُمْ مِنْ بَناتِنا.» فَقَدْ سَبَقَ أنْ أقسَمَ بَنُو إسْرائِيلَ وَقألُوا: «مَلعُونٌ مَنْ يُزَوِّجُ ابنَتَهُ مِنْ بَنْيامِيْنِيٍّ.»
