A nd also all that generation were gathered to their fathers; and there arose another generation after them, which knew not Jehovah, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.

Quando tutta quella generazione fu riunita ai suoi padri, dopo di essa sorse un'altra generazione che non conosceva l'Eterno, né le opere che egli aveva compiuto per Israele.
