A nd they called the name of the city Dan, after the name of Dan their father, who was born to Israel; howbeit Laish was the name of the city at the first.

Au numit cetatea Dan, după numele lui Dan, strămoşul lor, care i se născuse lui Israel; dar la început numele cetăţii era Laiş.
