A nd the woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and had ornaments of gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and the unclean things of her fornication;

La mujer estaba vestida de púrpura y escarlata, y portaba adornos de oro, piedras preciosas y perlas. En la mano tenía una copa de oro, la cual rebosaba de cosas detestables y de la inmundicia de su inmoralidad sexual.
