A nd now give me this mountain, of which Jehovah spoke in that day; for thou heardest in that day that Anakim are there, and great fortified cities. If so be Jehovah shall be with me, then I shall dispossess them, as Jehovah said.

Por lo tanto, te pido que me des este monte, del cual habló el Señor aquel día. Tú eres testigo. Aquí viven los anaquitas, y tienen grandes ciudades fortificadas; pero con la ayuda del Señor puedo vencerlos y echarlos de estas tierras.»
