Deuteronomy 31:17 ~ Deuteronômio 31:17

A nd my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them, and they will say in that day, Have not these evils befallen me because my God is not in my midst?

Naquele dia se acenderá a minha ira contra eles e eu me esquecerei deles; esconderei deles o meu rosto, e eles serão destruídos. Muitas desgraças e sofrimentos os atingirão, e naquele dia perguntarão: ‘Será que essas desgraças não estão acontecendo conosco porque o nosso Deus não está mais conosco?’
