J ehovah will bring thee, and thy king whom thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation that neither thou nor thy fathers have known, and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.

O Senhor te levará a ti e a teu rei, que tiveres posto sobre ti, a uma nação que não conheceste, nem tu nem teus pais; e ali servirás a outros deuses, ao pau e ã pedra.
