h er first husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for it is an abomination before Jehovah; and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

atunci primul soţ, care i-a dat drumul, nu va mai putea să se recăsătorească cu ea, după ce ea s-a necinstit. Aceasta ar fi o urâciune înaintea Domnului. Să nu aduceţi vreun păcat asupra ţării pe care Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru, v-a dat-o ca moştenire.
