a nd the judges shall make thorough inquiry; and if the witness be a false witness, and he have testified falsely against his brother,

وَيَتَحَرَّى القُضاةُ الأمرَ جَيِّداً، فَإنْ كانَ الشّاهِدُ قَدْ قَدَّمَ شَهادَةً كاذِبَةً ضِدَّ أخِيهِ،
