Deuteronomy 19:12 ~ ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 19:12

t hen the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.

فَإنَّهُ يَكُونُ عَلَى قادَةِ مَدِينَتِهِ أنْ يُرسِلُوا وَيَأْخُذُوهُ مِنْ هُناكَ وَيُسَلِّمُوهُ إلَى يَدِ الَّذي يَثأرُ لِدَمِهِ، فَيَقْتُلَهُ.
