t hou shalt only set him king over thee whom Jehovah thy God will choose: from among thy brethren shalt thou set a king over thee; thou mayest not set a foreigner over thee, who is not thy brother.

Si es así, nombrarás como tu rey a quien el Señor tu Dios escoja. Pero no pondrás como rey tuyo a ningún extranjero, sino que pondrás como rey tuyo a uno de tus compatriotas.
