Deuteronomy 12:30 ~ ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 12:30

t ake heed to thyself that thou be not ensnared after them, after that they are destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

احذَرُوا مِنْ أنْ تَقَعُوا فِي فَخِّ تَقلِيدِ أعمالِهِمْ مِنْ بَعدِ هَلاكِهِمْ أمامَكُمْ. احذَرُوا أنْ تَسألُوا عَنْ آلِهَتِهِمْ: ‹كَيفَ عَبَدَتْ هَذِهِ الأُمَمُ آلِهَتَها؟ لِكَي نَعْمَلَ نَحنُ أيضاً مِثلَهُمْ!›
