B ut to Abraham were the promises addressed, and to his seed: he does not say, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed; which is Christ.

Nun ist ja die Verheißung Abraham und seinem Samen zugesagt. Er spricht nicht: "durch die Samen", als durch viele, sondern als durch einen: "durch deinen Samen", welcher ist Christus.
