B ut every one that contends is temperate in all things: they then indeed that they may receive a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible.

وَتَذكَّرُوا أنَّ كُلَّ مُتَنافِسٍ يُخضِعُ نَفسَهُ لِلتَّدرِيبِ الصّارِمِ. وَهُمْ إنَّما يَفعَلُونَ هَذا لِكَي يَفُوزُوا بِإكلِيلٍ فانٍ، أمّا نَحنُ فَسَنَفُوزُ بِإكلِيلٍ لا يَفنَى.
