A nd he received sign of circumcision seal of the righteousness of faith which being in uncircumcision, that he might be father of all them that believe being in uncircumcision, that righteousness might be reckoned to them also;

Assim ele recebeu a circuncisão como sinal, como selo da justiça que ele tinha pela fé, quando ainda não fora circuncidado. Portanto, ele é o pai de todos os que crêem, sem terem sido circuncidados, a fim de que a justiça fosse creditada também a eles;
