F or rulers are not a terror to a good work, but to an evil. Dost thou desire then not to be afraid of the authority? practise good, and thou shalt have praise from it;

作 官 的 原 不 是 叫 行 善 的 惧 怕 ， 乃 是 叫 作 恶 的 惧 怕 。 你 愿 意 不 惧 怕 掌 权 的 麽 ？ 你 只 要 行 善 ， 就 可 得 他 的 称 赞 ；
