A nd they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.

وَكانَ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الوَقتُ الَّذِي صَنَعُوا فِيهِ تِمثالاً لِعِجلٍ. فَقَدَّمُوا الذَّبائِحَ لِلصَّنَمِ، وَاحتَفَلُوا بِما صَنَعُوهُ بِأيدِيهِمْ.
