B ut they, having further threatened them, let them go, finding no way how they might punish them, on account of the people, because all glorified God for what had taken place;

官 長 為 百 姓 的 緣 故 ， 想 不 出 法 子 刑 罰 他 們 ， 又 恐 嚇 一 番 ， 把 他 們 釋 放 了 。 這 是 因 眾 人 為 所 行 的 奇 事 都 歸 榮 耀 與 神 。
