A nd Paul said, John indeed baptised the baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on him that was coming after him, that is, on Jesus.

قالَ بُولُسُ: «كانَتْ مَعمُودِيَّةُ يُوحَنّا مَبنِيَّةً عَلَى التَّوبَةِ. وَقَدْ دَعا النّاسَ أنْ يُؤمِنُوا بِالآتِي بَعدَهُ، أيْ بِيَسُوعَ.»
