b ut to write to them to abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from what is strangled, and from blood.

بَلْ يَنبَغي أنْ نَكتُبَ إلَيْهِمْ طالِبِينَ مِنهُمْ أنْ يَمتَنِعُوا عَنْ تَناوُلِ الطَّعامِ الَّذِي تُنُجِّسَ بِتَقْديمِهِ لِلأصنامِ، وَعَنِ الزِّنا، وَعَنْ أكلِ لَحمِ الحَيواناتِ المَخنُوقَةِ وَالدَّمِ.
