F or this therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he had not only violated the sabbath, but also said that God was his own Father, making himself equal with God.

Darum trachteten ihm die Juden viel mehr nach, daß sie ihn töteten, daß er nicht allein den Sabbat brach, sondern sagte auch, Gott sei sein Vater, und machte sich selbst Gott gleich.
