T here was a vessel therefore there full of vinegar, and having filled a sponge with vinegar, and putting hyssop round it, they put it up to his mouth.

Y había allí una vasija llena de vinagre; entonces ellos empaparon en vinagre una esponja, y sujetándola a una rama de hisopo, se la acercaron a la boca.
