B ut the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus healed on the sabbath, answering said to the crowd, There are six days in which ought to work; in these therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.

管 会 堂 的 因 为 耶 稣 在 安 息 日 治 病 ， 就 气 忿 忿 的 对 众 人 说 ： 有 六 日 应 当 做 工 ； 那 六 日 之 内 可 以 来 求 医 ， 在 安 息 日 却 不 可 。
