B ut as the crowds thronged together, he began to say, This generation is a wicked generation: it seeks a sign, and a sign shall not be given to it but the sign of Jonas.

وَبَيْنَما كانَتْ جُمُوعُ النّاسِ تَتَزايَدُ، قالَ يَسُوعُ: «هَذا الجِيلُ شِرِّيرٌ. يَبحَثُ عَنْ بُرهانٍ لِكَي يُؤمِنَ. وَلَنْ يُعطَى إلّا بُرْهانَ يُونانَ.
