N ow when he had risen very early, the first of the week, he appeared first to Mary of Magdala, out of whom he had cast seven demons.

وَبَعْدَ قِيامَتِهِ مِنَ المَوتِ، فِي أوَّلِ الأُسبُوعِ، ظَهَرَ يَسُوعُ لِمَرْيَمَ المَجدَلِيَّةِ أوَّلاً. وَهيَ الَّتِي كانَ قَدْ أَخرَجَ مِنْها سَبْعَةَ أرواحٍ شِرِّيرَةٍ.
