T hy shepherds slumber, O king of Assyria; thy nobles lie still; thy people are scattered upon the mountains, and no man gathereth them.

»Rey de Asiria, tus pastores ya han muerto. Para siempre reposan tus valientes. Tu pueblo anda disperso por las montañas, y no hay nadie que pueda congregarlos.
