I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; The bars of the earth upon me for ever: But thou hast brought up my life from the pit, O Jehovah my God.

نَزَلتُ إلَى أساساتِ الجِبالِ، وَانْحَدَرتُ إلَى أعْماقِ الأرْضِ، فَظَنَنْتُ أنَّهُ أُغلِقَ وَرائِي إلَى الأبَدِ. لَكِنَّكَ أقَمتَ حَياتِي مِنَ القَبرِ، يا إلَهِي.
