S hall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? Shall there be evil in a city, and Jehovah not have done ?

هَلْ يُضْرَبُ بِالبُوقِ فِي مَدِينَةٍ وَلا يَخافُ النّاسُ؟ أوْ تَقَعُ كارِثَةٌ فِي مَدِينَةٍ وَاللهُ لَمْ يَصنَعْها؟
