A nd the earthen vessel wherein it hath been sodden shall be broken; and if it have been sodden in a copper pot, it shall be both scoured and rinsed with water.

The clay pot in which it was made ready should be broken. But if it was made ready in a brass pot, it should be well cleaned with water.
