T hou shalt not go about as a talebearer among thy people; thou shalt not stand up against the life of thy neighbour: I am Jehovah.

You shall not go up and down as a dispenser of gossip and scandal among your people, nor shall you endanger the life of your neighbor. I am the Lord.
