a nd if it spread much in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the sore.

فَإنِ انتَشَرَتْ فِي الجِلدِ، يُعلِنُ الكاهِنُ أنْ المُصابَ نَجِسٌ، فَهَذِهِ بُقْعَةُ التِهابٍ.
