— And now, O Lord our God, who broughtest thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a strong hand, and hast made thee a name, as it is this day,—we have sinned, we have done wickedly.

Ora, o Signore nostro Dio, che conducesti il tuo popolo fuori dal paese d’Egitto con mano potente e ti facesti una fama che hai ancora oggi, noi abbiamo peccato e abbiamo agito malvagiamente.
