B elshazzar, while he tasted the wine, commanded to bring the golden and silver vessels that Nebuchadnezzar his father had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem; that the king and his nobles, his wives and his concubines, might drink in them.

Mentre stava assaporando il vino, Baldassar ordinò che si portassero i vasi d’oro e d’argento che Nabucodonosor, suo padre, aveva preso dal tempio di Gerusalemme, perché il re, i suoi grandi, le sue mogli e le sue concubine se ne servissero per bere.
