a nd for the greatness that he gave him, all peoples, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew, and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he exalted, and whom he would he humbled.

Y a causa de la grandeza que El le concedió, todos los pueblos, naciones y lenguas temían y temblaban delante de él. A quien quería, mataba, y a quien quería, dejaba con vida; exaltaba a quien quería, y a quien quería humillaba.
