b ut they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having oversight at the gates of the house, and doing the service of the house: they shall slaughter the burnt-offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister unto them.

und sollen in meinem Heiligtum dienen als Hüter an den Türen des Hauses und als Diener des Hauses; und sollen nur das Brandopfer und andere Opfer, so das Volk herzubringt, schlachten und vor den Leuten stehen, daß sie ihnen dienen.
