T here is Elam and all her multitude round about her grave, all of them slain, fallen by the sword, who are gone down uncircumcised unto the lower parts of the earth, who caused their terror in the land of the living; yet have they borne their confusion with them that go down to the pit.

Acolo este şi Elamul, cu toată mulţimea lui, împrejurul mormîntului lui; toţi au murit şi au căzut ucişi de sabie, s'au pogorît netăiaţi împrejur în adîncimile pămîntului, ei, cari răspîndeau groaza în ţara celor vii, şi îşi poartă acum ocara cu cei ce se pogoară în groapă.
