Lamentations 1:14 ~ Lamentations 1:14

T he yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, they are come up upon my neck; he hath made my strength to fail; the Lord hath delivered me into hands out of which I am not able to rise up.

The yoke of my transgressions is bound by His hand; they were twined together; they were set upon my neck. He has made my strength fail and stumble; the Lord has delivered me into the hands of those I am unable to resist or withstand.
