E very man is become brutish, so as to have no knowledge; every founder is put to shame by the graven image, for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.

Ogni uomo allora diventa stupido, privo di conoscenza, ogni orafo ha vergogna delle sue immagini scolpite; perché le sue immagini fuse sono menzogna e non c’è soffio vitale in loro.
