Jeremiah 5:19 ~ Ieremia 5:19

A nd it shall come to pass, when ye shall say, Wherefore hath Jehovah our God done all these things unto us? then shalt thou say to them, As ye have forsaken me, and served strange gods in your land, so shall ye serve strangers in a land that is not yours.

Dacă vor întreba atunci: «De ce ne-a făcut Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru, toate acestea?», să le răspunzi astfel: «După cum M-aţi părăsit şi aţi slujit dumnezeilor străini în ţara voastră, tot aşa veţi sluji unor străini într-o ţară care nu este a voastră!»“
