A nd Ebed-melech the Ethiopian said to Jeremiah, Put, I pray, old shreds and rags under thine armholes under the cords. And Jeremiah did so.

Ebed-Melec, l’Etiope, disse a Geremia: «Mettiti ora questi pezzi di stoffa logora e questi stracci sotto le ascelle, sotto le funi». Geremia fece così.
